We experienced a case with chief complaints of abdominal pain and diarrhea in a 12-year-old boy,
who was diagnosed as Crohn disease with a result of radiologic, endoscopic, pathologic findings, and
therapeutic diagnosis with antituberculous medications.
Crohn disease is quite rare in Korea to our knowledge along with collaborative survey in litera-
